Question 1

What kind of gear do you stock?

Accepted Answer

Boating, fishing, watersports, camping and outdoor gear — safety equipment, marine electronics, apparel and hardware all included, not just one corner of it.

Question 2

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ship to every Australian state and territory, and we don't ship internationally. Enter your postcode on a product page, in the cart, or at checkout for an exact delivery cost before you pay.

Question 3

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Dispatch time varies by product. Where we have an estimate for an item, it's shown on the product page. Once your order is on its way, most deliveries arrive within about 5 to 12 business days. Regional and remote addresses usually take a little longer. That's a guide, not a guaranteed date.

Question 4

How is the delivery cost worked out?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the weight and size of the order and whether the address is metro, regional or remote. Nothing is added after you've seen the quote. Some larger items need a freight quote instead of an instant price — we'll say so before you pay.

Question 5

Is Marine Gear Australia an Australian business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Australian owned and operated.

Question 6

What is your returns and warranty policy?

Accepted Answer

Every product is covered by a minimum 12-month warranty against faults or damage, unless the product listing states a longer period. That doesn't cover wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or damage to packaging alone. We do not provide returns or refunds for change of mind. This doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Question 7

How do I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@marinegear.com.au. Include your order number if you're writing about an order, a delivery, or a warranty claim.
